Excellent food- had the Calamari as an appetizer and Corvina as the main. Both were fantastic. We sat at the table at the end of the pier. Make sure to call ahead and reserve it. The dining experience was first class. Awesome sunset to go with.

Atmosphere is wonderful and seemed like there is not a bad table in the house. Our service was good not excellent but waiter was attentive and helpful with suggestions and answering questions. Food was OK. Our table had Red Snapper and a Pasta Dish. Also can get a little buggy but small price to pay for the view while dining.

Don’t order the oysters!Beautiful setting right at the sea shore.Oysters were served luke warm, without ice and dry. (They should be served on ice, cold and with fresh salty water). When asked for new cold ones, they served basically the same oysters again....The chef did not even come to our table to discus, surprisingly. Rest of food was okay, but nothing more. Setting is beautiful.

I went on Sunday, that's their Italian night. It's very busy on that night, so you probably need to make a reservation on time (ask if you can be seated at the waterside). The pizza was great, with a thin bottom. And the passion fruit mojito was one of the best cocktails I had on the island. If you're there at rush hour your food might take a while to arrive, so you're gonna need some patience.

Just had a fantastic evening here with my wife. The views are wonderful with the waves crashing on the rocks just below the tables. A school of fish was periodically jumping and skimming across the water to escape some unseen predator. The food and drinks were excellent, as was the service. It may be a bit pricey for bonaire but for about 100 dollars we ate an ap, two main dishes and desert as well as 4 drinks and a bottle of water. That is pretty cheap for the quality of food and atmosphere.

The place is nice with good views and stuff. Stuff is a little pricey tho. 12 dollars for one piece of teramisu. The food was pretty good.

The setting is beautiful. Prices are high and portions are small. Overrated. It gets 3 stars because of the atmosphere.

My wife and I first visited Sebastian's during Bonaire's "Restaurant Week". The location is gorgeous. The restaurant deck is built out over the reef and we were able to watch the sun go down. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We have since returned to Sebastian's and each time was very enjoyable.

Sebastian’s is situated on a location overlooking the ocean and has a very special way to present the secrets of International food with a Mediterranean touch

This place has a really dutch vibe! It’s super cool, you’re actually at a local home near the beach. Super authentic! The food was delicious and healthy! The owner is really sweet, her name is Monique and she came to greet us. My husband and I came here everyday during our stay. Don’t mind the filter😂 and we stayed at the airbnb at this place. There is literaly a stair that goes in ocean.

We just had lunch here while walking around town. What a fantastic place! The food was fantastic and service was prompt and courteous. The sandwiches were huge, like that of Carnegie Deli in NYC. We will return.

I am big on reading reviews myself, and I have to say it was our favorite meal after eating out for 7 days. Cristina, the owner was lovely and the service excellent. I was surprised at the great wine selection and all of our dinners were excellent. We had ordered the Tuna Carpaccio, several pasta dishes as well as several Steak dinners. This restaurant is pricey but worth the money in my opinion. Great overall experience and the place is adorable inside..looking forward to returning.

The best italian food i hve ever had. Try their truffle ravioli. Terrific service. Pricey.

It is a ok restaurant. They claim they have egg pasta even though it tastes just like any other pasta in a pub that was probably bought in a shop. The food is ok at best, the atmosphere is very pleasant but they charge too much for their performance. I'd say lower the prices by 25-30% for it to be enjoyable experience. Other than that it was a pleasant dinner/lunch place, the food good be magnificent if only they really had real egg pasta but sadly they didn't

We found this lovely little jewel accidentally on the night we arrived in Bonaire last February. I am a bit late writing this review! Cristina found us a little table in the back room and served an incredible dinner cooked to order with wine pairings. After the first night, we couldn't stay away (3 nights in 7 days and each of these experiences was as good as the first!).

The nicest meal I've had all year! The wines are amazing and such a warm and inviting space. The pasta was fantastic the service was tops. Many high end restaurants focus too much on being trendy, but Italy in the world is totally committed to the simple elegance of the food they serve.

This restaurant was one of best we visited while in Bonaire. The owner was able to get us a table as a "walk-in" on a very busy Friday evening. The food is amazing, the service was excellent and the wine cellar type of atmosphere made it very romantic for a last dinner for us on the island. The owner is an Italian expat, so the food is authentic, well portioned and presented with all of the wines served coming from Italy. This experience (Yes! Our meal was so good that I will call it that) is a bit pricey, but totally worth splurging yourself for.

Enjoyed the excellent service and good food. Drank and enjoyed the house red wine. Visited this restaurant twice on our short vacation. Our last visit I enjoyed the creamy pea soup with scallop. My main dish mushroom tattaliani (spelling?).

Stunningly delicious Italian restaurant with wine distributor and club along with top notch service. Set inside a refurbished house and office, there are several intimate rooms with dining tables that give you sense of having a private chef and wait staff - even though it's a full restaurant. The wine list is world class and not be missed. Smoker Marlin, truffle ravioli, Bolognese, etc. Better than what I had in Rome.

Mediocre food in a nice location. There are better alternatives, but if you want a simple meal and a drink while overlooking the water, this will do.

An absolute MUST when visiting Bonaire. We found this restaurant by accident. What a marvelous find! Our food was sensational and our waiter Hensley was so attentive and personable. He interacted with our 7 year old and made him feel welcome. The food was so exception our little one asked Hensley “can i eat here for my birthday” ? Incredible. Thank you Hensley for welcoming us to Bonaire and sharing your native hospitality.

A great find on the nicest beach. Just a shack with a bar, a cooler and a small kitchen. Great local food. No menu. Just whatever the family has cooked, you can buy some. Loved the experience. Such friendly people.

The food was good, the service was ok, the location and view were excellent. We ordered the fried rice with fish, squid and shrimp, the ahi tuna salad, and two appetizers. The waiter forgot the appetizers, but the two main dishes that came were good. The best thing about this restaurant/bar is the location. There is no other restaurant on a pier in the ocean in town. The pier extends about 100 feet into the ocean and is surrounded by docked sailboats. Lights light up the water underneath the dock. Great ambience for dinner particularly at night.

My wife and I have been going to Karels Beach Bar since we first started coming to Bonaire.Karels is built on a pier over the water. As you can see from the photo below, taken from the right side of the restaurant, Karels has a great view over the water.Airlines don't provide much in the way of food these days, so when our friends come to Bonaire, Karels is the first place we visit to feed our hungry friends.Karels has a great menu that rangers from great burgers, to salads to local seafood dishes. For sports fans, Karels has a large screen sports bar in a pavilion near the front of the restaurant. You can get a bucket of beers and watch your favorite game (cable is very expensive on Bonaire, so this is a great resource if you've got to see "the game").
